Cooling and heating, one system, two seasons
Two seasons, one system, and both of them show up without warning. We handle cooling and heating across northwest Houston, from a unit that quit on the hottest afternoon of the year to a furnace being asked to work for the first time since March. AC repair, replacement and tune ups
Houston summers do not forgive a weak system. We repair every make, replace the ones past saving, and service the rest before June so they are not the reason you are sitting in a hot house in August.

Furnace and heat pump service
It only gets cold here a few weeks a year, which is exactly why furnaces fail when they do. Nine months idle, then asked to run flat out on the first freezing night. We service, repair and replace gas furnaces and heat pumps.

Not everything wrong is the unit
Leaking ductwork, a thermostat reading the wrong room, or a filter nobody has changed since spring will all make a healthy system look broken. We check those first, because the cheapest fix is usually the right one.
Ductwork and airflow
Leak testing, sealing, and rebalancing rooms that never get cold. Leaky ducts can lose a third of the air you are paying to cool before it ever reaches a vent, and sealing them is cheaper than any new equipment.
Indoor air quality
Filtration, UV, humidity control, and duct cleaning where it is actually needed rather than sold as routine. Houston humidity is its own problem and a system running correctly handles most of it.
Thermostats and smart controls
Installed, wired and set up properly, including zoning. A thermostat reading a hallway rather than the room you live in will run your system harder than it needs to and cost you every month.
Emergency callouts
Nights, weekends and holidays. No cooling in July or no heat in a freeze is not something that waits for Monday, and there is no surcharge for calling us at an inconvenient hour.
Diagnose, price, then fix
We find the actual fault
Digital gauges, thermal imaging and a combustion analyzer, not a guess from symptoms. Every fault gets photographed and shown to you before anything is quoted.
You get the price in writing
Before a single part is ordered. If we open it up and find something else, we stop and tell you rather than adding it to the invoice afterwards.
We do the work
Most repairs are finished the same visit. Replacements get a date, a two hour arrival window, and the old equipment hauled away when we go.

A system serviced twice a year does not quit in a heatwave. The plan costs less than a single after hours callout, and it moves you to the front of the queue on the days everyone else is calling.

The maths is simple. One after hours emergency callout in August costs more than a year on the Standard plan, and that is before the repair itself. Plans run month to month with no contract, and you can cancel any time.
