We started with one van and a rule that has not changed since: tell people the truth about their system, even when the truth costs us the sale.
That means saying a repair will hold when it will, and saying it will not when it will not. Most of our work now comes from people we told not to buy something. They remember that, and they call us the next time, and they tell their neighbor.
We handle cooling and heating across Katy, Cypress and Sugar Land. We answer the phone at two in the morning when a unit quits, and every technician who turns up works for us rather than a subcontractor picked off a list that afternoon.
A capacitor, a dirty coil, a blocked filter. We check the things that cost fifty dollars before we mention the things that cost five thousand, because nine times out of ten that is where the fault is.
You get the number in writing before anyone starts. If we open it up and find something else, we stop and tell you rather than adding it to the invoice and explaining afterwards.
Every fault gets photographed and shown to you. A burnt contactor looks like a burnt contactor. You should not have to take a stranger's word for what is wrong inside your own house.
Twenty years in, the thing people thank me for is not the repair. It is that I did not sell them something they did not need.
OwnerWe turn up when we said. A two hour arrival window, not a whole day, and a text when the van is on its way. If we are running late you hear it from us before you have to ask.
The quote does not move. What we agree before we start is what you pay. Anything unexpected gets discussed before it gets done, never after.
Safety checks every visit. On any gas system we check the heat exchanger and carbon monoxide levels, whether you called us about that or not. It takes five minutes and it is not optional.
We tell you when to wait. If a system has three good years left, we say so. Replacing it early makes us money and costs you thousands, and that is not a trade we are interested in making.
Get Started
Fill this in for anything that can wait until we call you back. If the system is down right now and the house is getting unbearable, call instead and someone picks up.
